We would strongly advise anyone booking to stay at our cottages to take out holiday insurance to cover this eventuality.

If we are able to attract holidaymakers for the cancellation period we will refund all monies paid.

However, if we can’t then the deposit or full amount paid would be non-refundable (Please see Freetobook’s Ts&Cs).
